Our goal as a company is to succeed by being exceptionally good at what we do. No hype. No shortcuts. Just honest work and a commitment to remaining the leader in the field of Oracle-based geodatabase management.

To do this, we maintain a sharp focus on understanding the details of how geodatabases work, and apply that knowledge to further our clients' goals. We take a reductionist-style, or "bottom-up", approach to database management. By understanding the internal mechanisms supporting the database, we are in the best position to design systems for our clients that perform optimally and avoid errors, and to quickly identify and resolve problems when they do occur.

We follow the same philosophy in the classroom. Our students learn not just how to use their software, but why it works the way it does. What emerges from this is an understanding of how to choose among alternative configurations and methods, and use geodatabases most effectively.

Our dedication to training and research ensures that our recommendations to clients are based on today's software and best practices, not outdated methods and rules-of-thumb. This constant re-learning also allows us to see industry trends and help our clients plan for upcoming changes, rather than reacting to them.
